Thousands of Victims, Digitally Kidnapped and Isolated, May Not Even Know
When I was 16, during a visit to the North Carolina DMV, when asked to state my birthday as the woman was entering my information, I said, "July 5th 1970?" with an obvious higher tone indicating a joke. And by the time I was actually 21 I had no interest in drinking on my birthday. It had lost its charm completely. Fast forward some 20 years and I'm hunting down serial killers in Santiago Park Canyon in Santa Ana California and had developed a significant rapport with the local equestrian police that patrolled the area. Sergeant Blake and his partner would pass through every week and I made the terrible mistake of saying 1970 to one Officer McCarthy, knowing fully well that I had a previous warrant for camping in the park, and this small lie would afford me time to have my name put on the calender, pull the warrant and face the ever normal injustices and prejudicial charge of being poor in an area where you have few if any rights unless you pay property taxes or have a vehicle properly registered that you wouldn't dare think of taking a nap inside of or expect to have it towed for ANYTHING they can say was wrong, the case dismissed, but the vehicle long since sold at auction. I can think of at least 30 people who transitioned to the streets in such a manner. The raising of rent, the scarcity of affordable housing, and the lack of any concern had amounted to systematic and intentional gentrification with a unique twist. There were literally thousands and thousands of residents who's entire livelihood relied on multiple people being forced into homelessness each month. From Cardinal Development and the storage facilities who auctioned off the former commuting minorities belongings to the highest bidder and often times keeping it among the click of vultures, to the apartment complexes who assisted the Orange County housing authority as they fraudulently took tenant IDs and United Ways property management welfare in the form of vacancy payments for apartments they claim are empty yet are being rented out...yet. Good old Orange County had been building prosperity on the backs of the poor and disadvantaged from the mid 1800's onward with dare I say a sense of pride in their work as they insured the oppression of Mexicans following the war, designed and implemented the rerouting of postal mail to the Baker Street slaves by moving the roads and using the corners for separate, unpublished, addresses following the emancipation proclamation. By the time the Nazis made their way up from Argentina to settle with their predominantly German relatives in Anaheim and the surrounding areas, they richest or should I say the whites who had money and only the whites were well versed in institutionalizing prejudice and modern slavery disguised as statutes, ordinances, laws and mis-spelled filings for probate. Experienced oppressors who once burned camps of the "Celestials" who had traveled to Tustin and the farmland work that the harvest would bring each year. How many countless Celestial or Chinese died building the railroad that led straight to the Valencia Growers in MyFord which in the early 1900's changed it's name thanks to a whole new design in the works and need to obscure money so the coloreds don't find it. After all, if they got their share, white folks might have to do things like "work", and that simply wasn’t going to be allowed to happen on any level other than masta foreman or as their families are now referred to, "Deputies and Officers". If the facts of racism in Southern California, where the one thing they have yet to learn is that it's WRONG, then I pray you bare in mind that it has nothing to do with the color of your skin anymore. As I am very much a Caucasian male in my late 40's. It's all about the haves and the slaves. Those who can buy justice and those who were relegated to only steal or starve, feed the mods at Theo Lacy because you're homeless or don't get mad because you're being completely screwed with a smile by a bigoted prick who bought the last Political Action Committee and the fake mail in votes...or we'll make that a third strike and you'll never see your family again. ... Well I learned, it's never best to lie to anyone you respect, and I truly did and perhaps still do respect McCarthy, but the facts of the way things really are in this place that so many think is to be emulated and placed on a shelf to be admired, are actually so grotesque, the mentality so foreign and removed from what I thought I would encounter 3000 miles away from home, that at times this place and its people make me ashamed to be part of the human race, let alone white. What are the alternatives? Kill Donald Bren for planning treason with William S Taubman and the Irvine woman and take back my Great Great Grand Father's land along the coasts he so adored painting? Nah... not worth the seven years. I think, the best thing for me to do, is just keep tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. So help me America... God obviously is already or I'd long since be dead. And before we begin. I apologized to Officer McCarthy a long time ago. I'm just not sure if he got my voicemail... :( Seriously.
On or about January 21st, 2020, while waiting for a visit with Alberta “Birdie” Padilla, Mr. Messer over heard a conversation at the central jail in the third or fourth meeting area from the left hand side of the room during visitation where plans were discussed to drug Ms. Padilla. The discussion was between a female inmate, 55-60 years of age, dark black dyed hair, pale skin with a tattoo on her upper right shoulder, and a Latino male who was roughly 35 years old. During the brief conversation, the male stated the words “Si. Kona Seeds” and “Birdie…Si,”, confirmed that the seeds could be obtained from a garden he was familiar with at someone’s home, which he had access to and then reaffirmed the name “Birdie”. On March 8th of 2020, Alberta emerged from the Courtyard facility in downtown Santa Ana after an encounter with a woman named Traci, exhibiting symptoms of exposure to a powerful psychedelic. Her eyes were dilated, she appeared physically frightened and anxious, as her eyes kept a sense of hyper vigilance and she repeated stated, “everything’s going to be alright”. During this same time frame, the canine in the care of Ms. Padilla and Mr. Messer became uncharacteristically aggressive and lunged repeatedly at passers by in an effort to defend Alberta. At around 5:00pm Ms. Padilla placed her hand on Mr. Messer’s knee and stated very calmly, “Everything’s going to OK. I love you. I want to spend my life with you. We’re still going to get married, but I have to go see my brother.”
That evening Ms. Padilla returned to Main St near , after eating food given to her by a Latino gentleman and with milk which had a substance mixed with it which is used to treat ibuprofen overdose. Messer hugged his fiance and explained they were going to be fine and that it was time that he took that job with the National Security Agency and that they would get through this together. The following day around noon. A young man and his girl friend stopped by to visit with the couple near the Courtyard where they joked with Alberta about how good Messer’s neck veins were and that Alberta ought to give him a shot and left behind a duffle bag and two vials of the same substance that was present in the milk the previous evening. Alberta departed to check her mail at Kinship on Broadway near the Main Place Mall and vanished for more than 24 hours. That evening Mr. Messer was refused the right to file a missing persons report despite insisting Alberta had been missing for 24 hours. The officer in the passenger seat gave Mr. Messer a rude gesture as their vehicle drove away east bound from the front of the Santa Ana Police Station (Undoubtedly caught on camera that evening between 11pm and 1am on March 9th).
During the middle of March a man who had provided Ms. Padilla with a ride to Foothill Ranch Hospital
in a white van in 2019 where she presented with vaginal bleeding, known as Happy Jack Sparrow, with a wide face, dirty blonde hair, between 5’8-5’10 with a slight hunch, dimples and possibly born in 1956, currently driving a white or beige late 80’s early 90’s Honda or Toyota four door vehicle admitted to having drugged the dog for payment. The substance was administered orally through feeding while the canine was in the care of fellow resident of the Tustin Temporary Emergency Shelter during a routine daily visit to the Tustin Library and a meeting spot at the corner of Prospect and Main.
On July 20th 2020, an obscure case was filed by an assistant DA with the public defender listed as O’Rourke (relative of an impressionist painter with the same name capable of forging paintings by Granville Seymour Redmond, a distant ancestor of Jacob Thomas Redmond Messer and the primary reason for the kidnapping). Mr. Messer stated that “presumably, the 20th was a grand jury indictment where I was accused of murdering Jacob Thomas Redmond, when everyone knows that I go by Jacob Thomas Redmond professionally.”
On July 25th 2020, at approximately 11:30am, Alberta Padilla and Jacob Messer were taken into custody by Officer Fernandez of the Irvine Police and personnel from the Orange County Healthcare Agency with the understanding that if they did not agree to quarantine they would be arrested. The arresting Officer was listed as Kevin Von Luft though he was not present at the scene and had had no contact with either victim in well over a year. The victims were transported to the Laguna Hills Inn approximately 10 miles south of Irvine where quarantine had been established for individuals requiring shelter in place during COVID-19.
The couple remained at the Laguna Hills Inn until October 16th when their case was passed to Friendship Shelter Inc. By Mercy House and Illumination Foundation. They were moved to America's Best Value, Laguna Inn and Suites. By November, Mr. Messer began being routinely drugged with LSA derived from Kona Seeds by Keith Hoag and Christina Scott, was sexually assaulted and forced to be constantly observed and always divulge any attempts to obtain a phone number which Alberta had not reported to the individuals who had threatened her in March of 2020. Strange voicemail messages were left on Padilla's phone asking her how she was holding up, Bridgett Mechen was asked to ID Messer as the victim they were embezzling from (a conversation overheard one evening that would lead to the transfer of real property in San Diego County in the beginning of 2022, and Jacob Messer's tenant ID of 51651 was sold to someone else at a prime rate. Messer was hidden under Alberta Padilla's house hold and on August 18th of 2021, the two victims were moved into the Timbers Apartments at 23333 Ridge Route Drive, Lake Forest California where Mr. Messer was drugged, tortured, and terrorized using methods that have since been identified and thoroughly investigated as they related to their usage by CIA during a hostage situation in 1989 and 1990 on the USS Nimitz, many of whom among the former crew settled in the area following their service. The loss of the military base was a significant hit to the local economy, so it's understandable that some side earnings would develop among the locals such as money laundering, drug trafficking, adult and child prostitution and of course human capital reselling...and who was in charge around here? You guest it. The FOREMEN or the modern enforcers of the oppression as it were. Glad you remembered, because I totally forgot while literally crying and begging someone to help. Anyone to do something. Duh... the police weren’t going to rat out brothers. Thank god the sisters have more ethics.
On September 22nd of 2022 around approximately 11am Mr. Messer was met outside of the Irvine Police station by an Officer McDonald who immediately informed him that he would not be allowed to file a report saying, “there’s nothing I can do for ya” before laughing at Mr. Messer as he explained that he had been tortured during his abduction while at the Timber’s Apartments in Lake Forest California.
Several more attempts were made to file a report but to no avail. By 2023 Mr. Messer began his own investigation and supplying information concerning the broader implications of the kidnappings both physical and digital to various law enforcement agencies across the country as well as chronicling the experience and cybersecurity related issues on numerous LinkedIn accounts before they too were hijack with his host of emails and phone numbers. His research details a pattern of corruption and abuse of powers, money laundering, embezzlement, human and drug trafficking spanning from Orange and San Bernidino Counties through Nevada, Texas, most Southern states and ending in Horry County South Carolina. The rerouting of communications, postal mail and identity theft was traced along every route which AAA had established unique relationships with the Department of Motor Vehicles in the various states where they are prominent with the major connection occurring between the digital transactions associated with the phone systems between Horry and Orange Counties which handle the telecommunications for inmates at Theo Lacy and J Ruben Long facilities and the Public Defender’s Offices located in Santa Ana, C.A. and Conway, S.C.
In the early months of 2023, Mr. Messer asked to file a report and was again denied by a homeless liaison. The first question Officer Lee asks Jacob Messer is if he is aware of his net worth. As a follow up Mr. Messer was told he would have to have a psychological evaluation before they would allow the filing of the report. At which time, after numerous tips from local law enforcement and residents, Messer proceeded to investigate the ESSER funding that began in 2020, actively attending the local city council meetings and looking into potential conflicts of interest and allegations of misconduct by individuals whom feared loss of employment should they attempt to report such to other agencies. As a result Messer approached Officer Von Luft probing as to his level of involvement in the kidnapping and money laundering, at which time the officer became noticeably nervous at the question concerning his relationship to Lifeline and looked to the health care agency employee present, as if concerned that he had noticed the discomfort before offering a significant and uncharacteristic pause before his standard response of “no”. Though brief, the change in demeanour, tone and tempo were all strikingly suspicious and led to the conclusions associated with Officer Deleon of the Tustin Police Department following the discovery of evidence pertaining to the ownership of the 2008 Chevy Silverado which was impounded and sold in an effort to destroy evidence and obstruct justice. The registration, which is still in the possession of Mr. Messer was falsified before the sell of the truck in 2020. The true owner of the automobile was B and D Automotive, owned by Miguel Bradley, the brother-in-law of Officer Deleon. During the course of the case associated, Mr. Messer was charged with driving without a license despite not even being present at the scene, not allowed to hear the charges against him, never offered the chance to enter a plea at the arraignment by Judge Wagner (a former fraud investigator for the OCDAs office), was forced to take a public defender named Melissa Padilla. This public defender happens to have the same last name as Ms. Alberta Padilla and the individual whom Judge Dane admitted in C56 is associate with Mr. Messer’s accounts through the DAs office. At trial, attempts were made to coheres Messer into pleading guilty to which he refused and was subsequently refused the right to enter evidence into the court record concerning the true ownership of the Chevy Silverado. The case was dismissed. The truck was unable to be located three weeks after being impounded and supposedly sold a month after. The towing company has refused to release information as to whom purchased the vehicle.
While still searching for the exact method of fraud conducted by the Deleons and other individuals involved, Mr. Messer had had no ability to contact or secure ethical representation until May 10th, but remains vigilant as there is no statute of limitations in cases associated with fruad nor other circumbstances surrounding the case.
UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE CENTRAL DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA Jacob Thomas Messer, Plaintiff, v. Jasmine Deleon, in her official capacity, and All Undercover Officers Associated with Irvine, Tustin, and Santa Ana Police Departments, All Homeless Liaisons, et al., Defendants. Case No: [To be assigned by the court] COMPLAINT FOR VIOLATION OF CIVIL RIGHTS, FRAUD, HARASSMENT, AND REQUEST FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER CLAIM FOR RELIEF 7. Plaintiff, Jacob Thomas Messer, who is currently without a residence due to the actions of the Defendants, alleges: a. Harassment, Stalking, and Abuse by Homeless Liaison: The Defendant, referred to as the Homeless Liaison, has repeatedly stalked, abused, and harassed the Plaintiff. This Defendant has sought out the Plaintiff's location with the intent to harass, unlawfully entered private property to evict the Plaintiff under false pretenses, and has leveraged the Plaintiff's homeless status to unfairly instigate criminal charges. b. Assault and Battery: The actions of the Homeless Liaison have resulted in severe anxiety, constant fear of displacement, and emotional distress for the Plaintiff. The cumulative effect of these actions, including physical confrontations, amounts to assault and battery, given the physical and emotional toll on the Plaintiff. c. Violation of Civil Rights: The Defendants’ actions, as detailed herein and in preceding paragraphs, represent egregious violations of the Plaintiff's civil rights, including his right to due process and protection from cruel and unusual punishment. d. Fraudulent Conduct Related to Vehicle Incident: As detailed previously, the Defendants have engaged in fraudulent conduct, notably regarding the impoundment and sale of Plaintiff's vehicle, a 2008 Chevy Silverado, which Plaintiff alleges was part of a scheme to tamper with evidence and embezzle funds at the expense of the Plaintiff. Furthermore, Plaintiff was never formally read the charges against him, was compelled to accept representation from a public defender by order of Judge Wagner, a former fraud investigator, and was denied the right to enter evidence into the court record. Ultimately, the charges were dismissed without an opportunity for the Plaintiff to formally clear his name. e. Threat to National Security: Plaintiff further asserts that the Defendants’ activities, involving the tokenization of human beings and trafficking of intellectual property, represent a clear and present danger to national security, which Plaintiff is prepared to substantiate with evidence in his possession. REQUEST FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER 8. Given the immediate and ongoing harm suffered by the Plaintiff, an urgent Temporary Restraining Order is requested to restrain the Defendants from continuing their harmful and illegal activities against the Plaintiff, including but not limited to stalking, harassment, illegal surveillance, and any actions that could lead to the further destruction of evidence or personal harm to the Plaintiff. PRAYER FOR RELIEF 10. The Plaintiff, Jacob Thomas Messer, prays for the following relief: a. For the Court to issue an immediate Temporary Restraining Order against the Defendants. b. DATED: March 9, 2024 Respectfully submitted, Jacob Thomas Messer Jacob Thomas Messer d. Fraudulent Conduct Related to Vehicle Incident (Continued): Furthermore, Plaintiff was never formally read the charges against him, highlighting a severe lapse in the due process rights afforded to him under the Constitution. In an additional breach of justice, Plaintiff was forced to use a public defender, as mandated by Judge Wagner, who before his judicial appointment, served as a fraud investigator. This unusual assignment of counsel, without allowing Plaintiff the choice or capacity to enter evidence into the court record at trial, further exemplifies the systemic misconduct Plaintiff faced. In an ultimate acknowledgment of the baselessness of the charges, all were dropped; however, the irreversible harm to Plaintiff’s reputation and psychological well-being had already been inflicted.
